Please join us on Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 11:30am - 1:00pm at Highwoods Conference Center,
416G Gallimore Dairy Road, Greensboro, North Carolina 27409, for a discussion on how you
can move your RFP from a C to an A.  CFM Points are available for this meeting.

The RFPs we use today are often borrowed from our friends or found on the IFMA Engage website.
These are great ways to help ensure success, hut how good are they, really?  We reviewed and
graded hundreds of RFPs from the IFMA Engage and other sources, and there is a common theme.
Our multi-university study found that the most successful contracts simplified the selection process,
restructured the interviews to focus on project execution, and instituted performance metrics.
Attendees will walk away with tools that can immedidately be used to improve their custodial,
maintenance, design/construction, waste management, business services, and other RFPs.
